BLACK SESAME PORRIDGE - 芝麻糊 - Chinese Black Sesame Sweet Porridge

Here is my take on a Quick and Simple Black Sesame Porridge.


Black Sesame Powder - approx 150g
Water - 1.5 litre
Potato Starch - 3 tbsp + mix with 1/4 cup of water
Rock Sugar - a lump about 1/2 egg size

1.  Mix black sesame powder with water.
2.  Add some rock sugar and cook in medium flame, stirring all the time.
3.  Bring to a boil, then add potato starch mix. Cook the black sesame
     porridge until your preferred consistency.  If it is too thick just add
     some more water.
4.  Enjoy!
